【Ingredients】Donkey hide. Excipients: Rock sugar, rice wine, soybean oil.
【Appearance】This product is in rectangular, square, or diced form. Brown to dark brown, glossy. Hard and brittle, with a shiny fracture surface; fragments appear brown and translucent when held up to the light. Slight odor, slightly sweet taste.
【Indications】Nourishes blood and yin, moistens dryness, stops bleeding. Used for blood deficiency and chlorosis, dizziness and palpitations, restlessness and insomnia, and dry cough.
【Dosage and Administration】Dissolve and take orally, 3-9 grams.

Step 1: Crush the donkey-hide gelatin
(1) Some pharmacies in China are equipped with Chinese medicine pulverizers, which can grind donkey-hide gelatin into powder.
(2) Wrap the donkey-hide gelatin block in a mortar or cloth and place it on a relatively hard surface. Crush it into powder with a hammer.
Step 2: Take the donkey-hide gelatin (Ejiao)

【Method 2】
Step one:
Take 250 grams of donkey-hide gelatin, crush it, place it in a covered basin, add 250 ml of rice wine, cover and soak for 2-3 days.
Step 2
After soaking thoroughly, add about 100 ml of hot water, 250 g of rock sugar, or an appropriate amount of roasted black sesame seeds and walnuts (crushed to the size of beans).
Step three:
